She is survived by seven children, six boys and one girl. She was a cancer-survivor as well.
"One of my best memories of my mother is when she joined me for a Mother's Day broadcast on Linkage Radio and she cracked a lot of jokes that day. The whole switchboard lit up," he said.
DJ Linkage said that a "great light has been dimmed".
"Mama, when you left, the light in the city dim just to see how bright a star you are....We will miss you," DJ Linkage said.
